ELEGANCE IN A GLASS
Viña AB is a very young amontillado that has experienced two types of aging: biological and oxidative, with a minimum of 12 years in American oak casks, following the traditional criaderas and solera system.
ON THE PALATE
On the palate, it is smooth with balanced acidity, a prolonged aftertaste where the notes of dried fruits and wine-soaked wood return.
AROMA
Subtle and delicate aroma, with almond-like notes characteristic of the Palomino variety and yeast, resulting from its time under the “flor” veil

Personality and Character
Alfonso is a dry oloroso with a minimum of 8 years in American oak casks, following the traditional criaderas and solera system.
ON THE PALATE
It highlights notes of dried fruits characteristic of the Palomino grape and a touch of vanilla from its aging in American oak. On the palate, it is flavorful and structured.
AROMA
It has pronounced aromas of shell-dried fruits like walnuts, toasted notes, vegetal, and balsamic hints reminiscent of wood.

One of the sweetest wines in the world, Néctar is a wine made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, aged for 9 years in the criaderas and solera system.
ON THE PALATE
On the palate, it is velvety and unctuous, with an acidity that balances the extreme sweetness and the warmth of the alcohol, finishing very long and flavorful.
AROMA
Raisins, figs, and dates, accompanied by aromas of honey, molasses, and candied stewed fruits, with toasted notes becoming more pronounced as it ages

															SOLERA 1847 - OLOROSO DULCE
VERSATILITY MADE INTO SHERRY
Solera 1847 is a wine that combines two grape varieties: Palomino Fino and P.X. Its aging in the criaderas and solera system lasts 8 years.
ON THE PALATE
On the palate, it is a delicate wine, with a soft hint of figs and raisins, finishing with touches of caramel and wood, with a subtle evocation of dried fruits.
AROMA
Its aromas recall raisins, vanilla, and wood, with a good presence of honeyed notes, coffee, and chocolate
